I have established The Roadshow Entertainment Intranet in March 2002 to manage customers' phone enquires to Roadshow Customer Service Department. Since then the Intranet has grown to be one of the most used communication tools within Roadshow Entertainment departments, hosting application such as "Job Ticketing" and monthly "Roadshow Retail And Rental Catalogue". These applications are saving tens of thousands dollars per year to the company.

Roadshow entertainment Website was redesigned in 2002 to present online monthly catalogue of the company's Video and DVD titles. I have designed this site for both Flash and HTML versions with dynamic content employed by using flash XML capabilities and ASP. The site is also connected to SQL Server in order to provide search function for all Roadshow Entertainment titles.

Roadshow B2B site is an e-commerce site providing more than 20,000 customers in Australia to order and track their orders online. Since 2001 when the site was established, more than 70 percent of customers move their business with Roadshow Entertainment online. The site is using Microsoft Commerce Server for both online ordering and transaction as well as to connecting web business processes with company accounting system.
